Cyndi Stewart, Certified Professional Coach and Trainer

Cyndi Stewart is a Certified Professional Coach and Trainer and the principal and founder of Coaching for Genuine Solutions, a firm that specializes in helping businesses, as well as individuals in various professions and industries to clarify their goals and utilize their strengths. Cyndi is a skilled coach and trainer, along with being an experienced facilitator. Her background includes Human Resources, Business Development and Marketing, with broad industry experience in Financial Services, Professional Services, Higher Education, and Healthcare.

Cyndi has a degree in Business Management. She has a PHR certification in Human Resources, as well as a certification in Training and Development. She has also studied NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and is trained in Accelerated Learning techniques. She is a member of International Coach Federation (ICF), International Association of Coaches (IAC), American Management Association (AMA), National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and Houston Coaches Inc.

Cyndi is a volunteer mentor with NAWMBA (National Association of Women MBAs) – University of Houston Chapter, a board member and committee chair for a non-profit Christian radio station, and a volunteer coach and facilitator with United Way.

Cyndi has supported and assisted business leaders, professionals and students in areas vital to their success, including management techniques, leadership skills, career transition, communications, interpersonal skills and information on interviewing, recruiting and retention.

Widely credited with having exceptional insight, Cyndi utilizes this skill in her coaching practice to assist clients in discovering and designing their desired path by creating a strategy that is both achievable and sustainable.
